Willam C. Sanders was born on August 29, 1962, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Harold and Ida (Huff) Sanders, and he passed away on Sunday, October 12, 2025, in Shreveport, Louisiana, after a lengthy illness.

In his spare time, William enjoyed fishing, taking care of his yard, and watching football.

William is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Ellen Sanders; stepsons, Todd Smith and Scott Smith; step grandchildren, Isabell Smith, Emma Smith, and Savan Allemond; brother, Wayne Sanders and his wife, Kathy; and his niece, Elizabeth.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, Louisiana, 71115.
