William Glen Coco went to be with the Lord on October 23, 2022, after a lengthy illness. Billy was born July 4, 1951 in Shreveport, La to Merle and Craig Coco. He graduated from Fair Park High School in 1969. After high school, he joined the United States Marine Corp. While on active duty, he served as military police at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. Mr. Coco received meritorious awards for expert marksmanship. He married the love of his life, Debbye and together they raised their beloved son, William Matthew. He worked for Hebert's Town and Country as a sales manager for 27 years. Billy loved his job and his employers. In his spare time, he could be found fishing, BMX racing with Matt, golfing, watching LSU football, or going on family outings. He is preceded in death by his parents, Merle and Craig Coco, and his mother-in-law, Virginia Carter. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 49 years, Debbye, son, Matt (fiance Brandi Everage), granddaughters, Camille Coco, Mallory Kirksey (husband Zach), Kayllie Coco, one great granddaughter Elizabeth Grace Kirksey, brothers Jimmy Coco (wife Becky) of Houston TX, Mike Coco (wife Kathy) of Marshall, TX, sister Kathy Whitt (husband Don) of Houston TX, niece Holly Sepulvado, nephews Ryan Coco, Todd and Mason Mulkey. Mr. Coco was loved by many and will be greatly missed. The family would like to extend special thanks to Kim Wheeler with Passages Hospice for the loving care she gave during his final days, and to his caregiver, Teal King.
