William Robert "Bob" Penn was born August 5, 1937, to Harold Penn and Genevieve McHenry Penn in San Francisco, California, and passed away on December 22, 2023, in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Bob is survived by his wife of over six and a half decades, Gwenda Sue Bell Penn, his son Michael Allen Penn and his wife Heather Nairn Penn, his granddaughter Holly Michelle Penn Elliott and her husband Jason Elliott, his brother Thomas Harold Penn, nephew Ralph Wiggins, Jr., and his great nephew Reed Wiggins.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his great grandson, Paxton Fox Elliott.

Bob, also known as "Peeps" to his family, loved fishing and golf and had a green thumb.  His CB handle was "Peacemaker" and he loved his family and Jesus above all else.

His family would like to express their gratitude to his physicians, Drs. Navarro, Gallagher, Keller and Jaramillo, and especially his home health nurses, Jill Kress and Lisa Selmer for their care during his final years.
