Cmsgt Wayne D. Ebert, Ret. of Bossier City passed away Jan. 9, 2013 after a brief illness. Wayne was born in Watertown, WI to George and Alma Ebert on Dec. 23, 1934. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1954 and retired from active duty on April 1, 1979. He was the Vice President of the Caddo-Bossier Windows User Group and past President of the NWLAPCUG computer club. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 58 years Kay, son Gary, daughter Karen , the light of his life, his grand-daughter Madisen Gayle, a brother Don Ebert and wife Shirl, and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 Kings Hwy, Shreveport LA on January 14, 2013 at 1:00 pm. There will be no visitation or graveside service. The family request in lieu of flower, that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of choice in his name.
