Walt was born in Shreveport to Walter Jones, Jr. and Renee Linfield Jones  Woodworth on July 16, 1968.  He died March 22, 2021 due to diabetes complications.

He is predeceased by both parents and his maternal grandparents, William and Blondell Linfield as well as his paternal grandparents, Reba and Walter Jones.

Walt is survived by his brother Cash, his Uncle Bill Linfield [Bettye] and their two daughters Amanda and Kristin, his Aunt Candace, his devoted cousin James Douglas Robinson and numerous nieces and nephews.

Walt was educated in Baton Rouge area schools and graduated from the Art Institute in Dallas.  He enjoyed work in the Media Arts field until his health prevented him from doing so.

Graveside services will be held Friday, March 26, at 12pm in Hurricane, LA at Emmanuel Baptist Church Cemetery.
