Virginia Ann Desadier Cloud, age 67, of Mooringsport, Louisiana, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly in her sleep during the early morning hours of June 17, 2024.

Virginia was born on May 20, 1957 to Larry and Corrinne Desadier in Roswell, New Mexico. Her heart provided love, warmth and peace and she was always ready to help others. Virginia's legacy will continue to resonate in the hearts and minds of those fortunate enough to have known her. Her kindness, integrity and devotion to her family will be forever cherished.

She is preceded in death by both her parents, Larry and Corrinne Desadier, and her sister, Janet Gail Desadier Fullerton.

Virginia is survived by her lifelong & loving partner, Bryan Cloud; son, Shawn Rhyne; granddaughter, Adrianne Rhyne; brother, Steve Desadier & wife Denise; sister, Diane Littleton; sister, Audry Hardesty & husband, Michael; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Though Virginia taken from us too early, her spirit will forever inspire us to seize every opportunity. Her departure reminds us to cherish every moment we have and make the most of the time we're given. Goodbye is the hardest thing to say to someone who means the world to you, especially when goodbye isn't what you want. Goodbyes are not forever; it simply means I'll miss you until we meet again.

We will gather to share some of our favorite memories and stories and remember the wonderful mother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend who will be greatly missed. The celebration of life in honor of Virigina will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 3:00 pm at Aulds Funeral Home in Shreveport, Louisiana.
