She is preceded in death by her parents Jim and Bessie; Richard Branch; brother-in-law Allen Strickland; son-in-law Gary D. Ahner and Mother-in-law Earnestine Nanas.
Known as Momma, Mamaw, Sister, Aunt Virginia, Mrs. B and The Bug Lady. She was a dedicated mother and Mamaw. Most of all she loved her family and embraced every moment with them. She instilled strong values and the love for God in them. She worked in pest control for over 30 years. She was a member of Northview Assembly of God in Shreveport. She attended South Park Church of God for many years.
To know her was to love her. Virginia loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her friends and family. She enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing and playing dominoes. Always, with open arms, she always welcomed everyone into her heart. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
Left to cherish her memory are her children Ronnie Davis, Linda Timon Ahner, Richard "Richie" Branch, Karen Branch Kent and husband Roger. Her golden monkey, Kayla Henderson and grandson Ian Kent, great-grandson Kaden Washington. Brother Jimmy Davis and wife Nancy and Sister Nita Strickland. Special Nieces and Nephews. Best friends Doris and Jay Walker and numerous friends and family that were precious to her. Also, her fur babies Moses and Sheeba.
