Victor Benjamin "BJ" Frame
Born February 24, 1983 in Shreveport, LA

Victor is survived by his Mother, Jetta Frame and his sister,Tiffany Frame.
Also survived by his loving nephew, Kaleb Reed, two nieces, Kyleigh Reed and Sunny Reed. Two uncles, Paul Scarbro and Victor Scarbro and many many close friends.

Victor always had a smile on his face and made sure everyone else around him did as well. He was very outgoing, energetic, & hilarious. Victor's passion was football and he was die hard Dallas Cowboys fan. He was always up for a good time and always the life of the party. There was never a dull moment around Victor and anyone who knew him knew just that.

Victor was a very hard worker and loved his family dearly. He wanted to make his Mom proud and that he did.

Victor will be greatly missed and never forgotten. His love for others and the joy he brought to everyone will live on.
There are no words to express how much he will be missed!
