Toni Louise Bissell Venable age 56 of Bossier City, departed this world on Thursday, November 19, 2020. Toni was born in Shreveport, LA on October 25, 1964.  She attended Fair Park High School and that is where she met her future wife Juanita.

Toni is preceded in death by her mother, Frances Bissell of Shreveport.

Toni is survived by her wife and partner of twelve years Juanita Venable, her father and stepmom Lee and Debi Bissell of Shreveport, sons Brandon Legates of Colorado and Joel Legates of Arkansas, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and friends.

Toni was a bright light who had a massive internet presence with friends all over the world.  She loved photography, digital art, cooking, and soap making.  She was a loving, caring, creative individual who touched many lives.

Toni was a member of Church for the Highlands in Shreveport, LA.

Her presence will be greatly missed.
