Shreveport, LA - Tommy Willis, 56, passed away Friday, March 20, 2015 after a lengthy illness. He was born April 9, 1958 in Shreveport to Nan Sneed Phillips and Thomas H. Willis, Jr. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, sisters, Sherry Merrill (Ken), Pamela Stinson, and Jody Dion (Roger), son, Jeremy Willis, daughters, Kimberly Smith, Crystal Bailey, Amy Willis and Ashley Delk, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Drs. Wen Liu, David Dies, David Philips, and Clarence Teagle and also the Guest House, Chris Bihm, Penny Teagle, Shantell Brooks, and employees of 700 Hall. Many thanks to Countryside Christian Church for their prayers and support during his illness. He was loved and will be missed. A memorial service will be held at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 E. Kings Hwy on Tuesday, Mar. 24th at 2:00 PM, Chaplain Larry Bass, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shreveport Humane Society.
