Thomas S (Tommy)Lay Sr went to be with the lord on October 20th 2017,at the age of 66. He was born 7/12/1951. He passed away at his home surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his wife Vicki Lay, brothers James (Jake) Lay, Michael Lay (Linda), Jerry Lay(Brenda) sister Barbara James (Freddie), daughter Alice Vandergriff (Jerry), sons Thomas (Tombo) Lay Jr.(Jenny)Kenneth Stephens(Shelia), Thomas Stephens(Lori),Clint Rodriguez(Amanda) Eleven Grandchildren ,four great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Timothy David Thomas Lay and Alice Marcell Lay and brothers Timothy(Tim) Lay Sr and Donald (Duck) Lay. There will be a memorial with family and friends at a later date. He was a loving husband, brother,father, papa and uncle and will be deeply missed.
