Thomas Ewell Hagelin (70) of Lafayette La. Passed away on December 5, 2025 from Kidney Failure. Thomas was born October 9, 1955 in New Orleans, La. And adopted by John and Virgina Hagelin. Thomas was raised in Lafayette La. and later in life moved his family to Toledo Bend Lake in Zwolle La. When Thomas was able, he was active in the Baptist Church and had a great love for hunting, fishing and being on Toledo Bend Lake.

Thomas Hagelin's Son, Jared, wants to thank all the nurses and staff from Mansfield Nursing Home and Superior Hospice for all the hard work and loving care given to Thomas in his final days. Jared would also like to thank the nurses and staff who cared for Thomas at Toledo Retirement & Rehabilitation in Zwolle La. prior to being in Mansfield.

Thomas is preceded in death by his adopted Parents John and Virgina Hagelin of Lafayette La. And Son William Hagelin of Zwolle La.

Thomas is survived by his Sons Thomas Eric Hagelin of Zwolle La. and Jared Hagelin & Family of Bossier City, La.
