Thomas "Tom" C. Grafton, Sr., 79, of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021.

Tom was born on December 31, 1941, in Bernice, Louisiana.

Preceding Tom in death were his parents, Junius L. Grafton and Ola Lee Hortman Grafton of Many, Louisiana.

He is survived by daughter Khrystl Blakeley, son Thomas C. Grafton, Jr.; son Jordan Colby Grafton; and grandsons Cameron Blakeley, Thomas C. Grafton III, Neeko Grafton, and Faro Grafton.

Tom graduated Fair Park High School in 1959.  He studied at the School of Engineering at Louisiana Tech University before enrolling in the U.S. Army.  Upon his completion of service, Tom worked as a Tool Inspector for AT&T in Shreveport from where he retired in 1993.

Tom loved the Lord and studying the Bible.  He enjoyed watching tennis, was an avid fisherman and car enthusiast who could spend days on the lake or making deals on new cars.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 1:00 pm in Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 E. Kings Highway Shreveport, LA 71115.
