Shelly Ann Strother Dorough, 47 of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away May 27, 2024, in Shreveport, La.

Shelly was a very compassionate person who loved her family and friends. She was very outgoing with a big heart towards those who needed her help.  Shelly will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband Jeremy Dorough, who stood by her side though thick and thin. Shelly leaves behind two sons, Caden and Tristian Norwood. Her mother, Charlotte Wiginton Harrell (John), father, Steven Strother (Kelly). Three siblings: Stephanie Strother Heable, Tisha Harrell Steele (Jim), and Travis Harrell (Samantha) along with a granddaughter, Briar Rose Norwood. She has many nieces and nephews she leaves behind. Aunt Patsy and Aunt Lisa will miss her dearly.

Shelly was a graduate of Northwood High School in the Town of Blanchard, Louisiana.

She is now reunited with her grandparents, Tom and Joann Wiginton on her mother's side. Henry and Marie Strother on her father's side. Running to meet her will be her Aunt Linda Vailes

There will be a Visitation Saturday for Shelly held at Aulds Funeral Home at 7849 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, LA 71115 at 6:00 pm. Please come and join us in remembering a life ended too soon.
