Samuel Wade Scott, age 71, passed away peacefully in his home on August 23rd, 2024 worshiping and surrounded by loved ones. Sam was a vietnam veteran, and a dedicated police officer for many years. Sam devoted much of his time to his ministry, "his victory for veterans" where he would pray for fellow veterans as he walked through the halls, or be just a call away for anyone who needed a simple prayer. He is survived by his loving wife, Scarlet (suzonne) Scott, his four daughters and their spouses Pam & Shane ford, Sara & Rylan Stanford, Cyndi and Jesse valadez, and Kaylea vanderzwart; Step daughter and spouse Corrie and michael dale; step son and spouse justin and mallory wells, as well as 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. he is preceded in death by his parents betty and Johnny Scott, and brother Charles (chuck) Scott.
