Leroy "Roy" Duane Ringey

Roy was born July 23, 1967 in Shreveport ,La. He passed away January 16. 2022 after a brief illness.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at Aulds Funeral Home January 21st 3-5. Officiated by Pastor Eddie Briery.

Roy was an Arborist for several years. Before that he worked at Barrett's Appliance for many years.

Roy will be remembered for his easy going personality, contagious smile, and his very big heart.

He enjoyed hunting, football, wrestling, and spending time with family & friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother Cheryl Terry, his stepfather Richard Dowden and his sister Jobee Dowden.

He is survived by his father Larry Ringey, stepmother Judy Dowden, Sister Terri Dowdy, brother Todd Cage, brother Richie Dowden,

sister Belinda Dowden. Multiple nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews

St. Josephs Carpenter House for the outstanding, compassionate care they gave while Roy was in there.
