Rosemary Shirley Grant of Shreveport LA; formerly of Bloomington, IL. and Kokomo, IN went to meet her Heavenly Father at age 88 on February 19, 2021 at 2:05pm.

Rosemary passed peacefully in her sleep.

Rosemary Shirley Grant was born May 13, 1932 in Rushville, Indiana. Daughter of Frederick A Shirley and Myrtle Jane Burns. Rosemary is proceeded in death by 6 siblings; Alwilda (Wilda) Shirley (McLey), Louise A Shirley (Dunwon), Harold F Shirley, Edna Marie Shirley (Peele), Betty Lou Shirley (Wall), and Alice Jane Shirley (Hancock).

She was proceeded in death by her husband Harold Newton Grant.

She is survived by 4 children; Gloria Jean Williams, Marcia Lynn Shirley Grant, Dawn Elaine Grant Nadeau, Joel Alan Grant and 2 step children Ronald A Grant and Judith Ann Grant Lowe. She was a proud grandmother to 6 grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren along with many great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Rosemary was a devoted Christian and attended Kingston Temple United Pentecostal Church located in Shreveport, LA.

A memorial service to honor her life will be held on March 15, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Kingston Temple United Pentecostal Church located at 8951 Kingston Rd Shreveport, LA 71118

Rosemary worked for many years as an healthcare aid with Bluebird Paramedical for the sick and elderly.

She retired from Brokaw Hospital located in Normal, IL. and previously attended First United Pentecostal Church of Bloomington, IL.
