Rosamond Baker, age 68 passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018. She was born on September 17, 1950 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Rosamond was an alumni of  St. Vincent's Academy, and a faithful member of Church of the Cross in Haughton.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Matthew Earl Coody and Jacqueline Jacobs.

She is survived by her son Jon Baker; step-daughter Katherine Herzog & family; birth son Rod Beaudoin & family; grandson Matthew Baker; granddaughter Madison Baker; sisters Laura Welch, Vicki Mangum, and Connie Sullivan; brothers, Robert Earl Coody, and Don Coody. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Funeral services for Rosamond will be held at 11am Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the Church of the Cross in Haughton, Louisiana with Pastor Ken Richmond officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service at the church beginning at 10am. Pallbearers will be Matthew Baker, David Welch, Michael Welch, and Jon Baker.
