Ronald Lee Morrissey was born September 24, 1943 in Waterbury, Connecticut to Betty L. Gerber and James Francis Morrissey. He died December 22, 2025 in Longview, TX. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and leaves to cherish his memory by his loving wife Nora, step-daughter Tonya L. Cook, grandson Chad ,Tyler, and Carter Cook, and great-grandson Wyatt, as well as long time special friends Roy and Regina Davis. In his younger years Ron enjoyed working with horses and bull riding. Later in life he met the love of his life Nora, and they shared many travels together.They remained together just shy of 21 years. They made their home in Waskom. TX for most of their time together.
