Roger Lewis Carter, Sr., age 75, passed away May 19, 2018 at his home in Doyline. He was born July 16, 1942 in Shreveport, LA to Edward and Eloise Carter.
Roger was preceded in death by a daughter Tonia McLemore.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lou Ann Carter; son Roger Lewis Carter, Jr., six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
