Rodney Christopher Nordby, age 33, passed away on February 27, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Christopher was born to Rodney and Tamara Nordby on November 2, 1986 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was of Baptist Faith. Christopher loved to fish, hunt and ride his motorcycle. He was a true friend to those who knew him, and enjoyed spending time with them. Christopher was a highly intelligent man who loved to fix things and see how they worked. He most enjoyed spending time with his son.

Christopher was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Earl Nordby and Joan Lasswell, his maternal grandfather, Howard Kerby, and his brother, Ryan Patrick Nordby. He is survived by his son, Joshua Nordby of Pineville, Louisiana; his parents, Rodney and Tamara Nordby of Shreveport, Louisiana; his son, two brothers, Benjamin Nordby of Miami, Oklahoma and Curtis Nordby of Shreveport, Louisiana, and his grandmother, Zelda Kerby of Bossier City, Louisiana. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and loved ones.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 6:00pm til 8:00pm at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 East Kings Highway Shreveport, LA 71115.
