ROBERT WENDELL KLINE

October 23, 1944 - April 28, 2022

Robert, who everyone knows as Pops, passed away on April 28, 2022 after a long battle with several health issues at the age of 77 at home in Waskom, Tx.

We gather together on May 13th at 6pm to remember and celebrate Pops life.  Dinner will be served.

Pops was born to Leroy and Mae Myers Kline in Kittanning, PA.  He loved his family and Church family and loved singing in the chior here at Indian Hills Baptist Church for the past 6 years.  He loved working around the house building things.  He was in the middle of building a wooden fence all around the house when he passed away.  He loved raising and riding horses and riding motorcycles.  As a matter of fact, he was so excited one time he came to a red light and forgot to put his foot down!  We laughed many times about that!  Pops was saved in 1978 under Pastor Jerry Sipes ministry in Apollo, PA when Randy Taylor came to preach in our church!  God really worked a miracle in our family and in Pops life. One thing we remember as kids is that Pops made sure we were always in church...back then there were no excuses for missing church.  He started having family devotions every night and it was the best time we ever had together as a family!  That really was the most important thing he ever did for us!

Pops was preceded in death by both parents, his sister, Gloria Wolf, son, Troy Craft Sr., grandsons, Troy Craft Jr. and Kyle McNatt.  He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Paulette, and his children, Laura with husband K.W. McNatt, Melanie with husband Todd Crissman, Christina with husband James Barr, son, Michael Kline, along with 5 grandchildren; Curtis Manchester, J.T. Craft, Emma Crissman, P.J. McNatt, Joshua Crissman and Trey Barr and 2 great grandchildren, Calista and Jaxon Manchester.

Pops will be greatly missed!
