Services celebrating the life of Robert " Bobby" Christopher, 59, will begin at 7:00 p.m.  Friday, June 17, 2022 at Auld's Funeral Home, 7849 Kings Hwy, Shreveport, LA.  Dr. Howard Hall,  Pastor Of Shreveport Baptist Temple will be officiating. Mr. Christopher will receive friends at the funeral home Friday June 17, 2022 from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Mr. Christopher was born November 26, 1962 in Memphis Tennessee. He entered heaven Saturday, June 11, 2022 after a long battle with congestive heart failure. Bobby was a long time resident of Shreveport Louisiana.  He was a wonderful and devoted husband to his wife Cheryl . He was an avid Dallas cowboy fan but loved  the Saints too as long as they we're not playing the Cowboys. He also loved to fish and play guitar. Mr. Christopher had a long career in paint and body then transition to residential house painter until  he retired in 2002. Mr. Christopher accepted  the Lord as his personal savior on May 5, 2016 and was a member at Shreveport Baptist Temple.

Mr. Christopher was preceded  in death by his parents, Eugene W. And Ivy Tweedy Christopher, sister, Diane Thornton Addie, brothers, Kenneth, James, and  Jerry Christopher Nephew Harold Junior Addie, Niece Shannon Addie Parker.  Mr. Christopher is  survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Cheryl Christopher: One son Kristopher Smith with a host of nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank Willis Knighton Piermont staff and Saint Joseph Carpenter house for the excellent care of Mr. Christopher.
