Richard E Steen was born on August 15, 1941 and went to be with the Lord on April 27. He was a veteran of the US Navy and retired from Pennzoil. He is survived by his wife Debra, son Joel Steen, daughter Lacy Heintz and her husband Harry, granddaughters Lauren and Aubrie. He was preceded in death by his son Joshua Steen. The man with a heart of gold lived a good life and left this world as a great father and friend. He will be missed deeply.
