Rhonda Doolittle Whitington passed away Sunday morning November 7, 2021. Rhonda was born on July 5, 1960 to parents Raymond and Palma Nell Doolittle in Monroe, Louisiana.  She relocated to Bossier City in 1972.  In 1978, she graduated and married her beloved husband, Larry Wayne Whitington. Together, they created a beautiful family with three girls. She enjoyed spending her time with her girls and grandchildren watching movies, snacking, going through her jewelry, and doing her nails, hair, and makeup. She loved anything and everything Halloween. She was an amazing wife, mother and GeeGee to her family she loved dearly.

Rhonda leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Larry Whitington; her children, Shannon Whitington and her wife Kristin, Lindsey Morvan and her husband Chad and Katie Martinez and her husband Michael; her grandchildren, William Gage Whitington, Michael Captain Morvan, Mattison Cruise Morvan, Mattie Lucia Martinez and Whit Roland Martinez; and siblings, Gary Doolittle, Pamela Wall, and Jennifer Oglesbee.

She was preceded in death by parent's Raymond and Palma Nell Doolittle; mother-in-law Mattie Bell Whitington and father-in-law Curtis Wayne Whitington.

A family visitation will be held Thursday, November 11 from 6:00pm – 8:00 pm at Aulds Funeral Home 7849 E. Kings Hwy. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 12, at 11am at Aulds Funeral Home with Chaplin (Colonel) Fred Hudson officiating.
