Rebecca"Beckie" Coker, 67 passed away on January 10,2017. Beckie was born in Fort Wayne Indiana. She is preceded in death by Father Wayne Fisher, Husband Richard Coker, Sister Joyce Leamon, and adoptive parents Roger and Mary Rogers.

She left a brother Bruce Wilson and Wife Millie Wilson. Son Scott Coker and grandsons Brayden Jacobs, Jordan Coker, Lucas Coker and Joshua Bryant. Daughter Michelle Coker Taylor and husband Kevin Taylor, grandson James Taylor and granddaughter Katelynn Taylor. Son Richard Coker and girlfriend Rachel McCoy, grandsons Dakotah Coker, Richard Coker Jr., Brody Coker, and Jayden Hartley. Granddaughters Denise Coker and Hunter Coker. Son Chris Coker and longtime girlfriend Trina "Bella" Jamison. And a large number of nieces and nephews.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren and having get togethers with family and friends.  She also believed in living life to the fullest and she will be greatly missed by many!

As per Beckie's request we are not having a memorial service. We will instead be having a life celebration in her honor! This celebration will take place at 8165 Peaceful Lane Shreveport, La 71107 on January 22, 2017 at 2:00 pm. The family would also like to express a special thanks to Christus Schumpert Hospice for helping her and the family in her last days!
