Ray Rushing age 92. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 1, 2020 in Shreveport, La. He was born in Malden, Missouri on March 26, 1928.  Born to Minnie and Jack Rushing.  He was a War World II Veteran in the Navy and retired as a police officer with the LSU Medical Center Security. He is preceded in death by his parent's and sister, Ora Lee Birmingham, twin sister Fay Stewart, brother Benny Rushing and grandson Jeff Starck. He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife Mary Ann of 59 years.  Son, Bobby Rushing and wife Patsy of Harrison, AR, Daughters, Shirley Starck of Chicago and Angela Rae Rushing of Palm Springs, Cal.  Grandchildren, Lauren and Brandon Starck, Bryan and wife Lynn Rushing, Keith and wife Kimberly Rushing, and Holly Noble Adermatt and husband Logan. 4 great grandchildren and a number of Niece's and Nephew's.
