Randolph “Randy” Stewart Wilson

February 24, 1949 – July 21, 2026

Randolph “Randy” Stewart Wilson was the kind of person who made life a little brighter simply by being in it. He loved people, loved to laugh, and genuinely enjoyed spending time with his friends and being part of his community. Whether he was sharing a story, offering encouragement, or simply making someone smile, Randy had a way of making people feel seen and welcome.

His faith was the foundation of his life. Randy was a devoted member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a proud member of Masonic Lodge No. 360, where he formed lasting friendships and faithfully served alongside his fellow brothers. Members of the lodge will pay tribute to Randy and honor his years of dedication and service.

Randy spent many years working for United Parcel Service before retiring. Retirement, however, wasn’t something he embraced quietly. Wanting to stay active and continue helping others, he began working part-time at the Willis-Knighton Health System Fitness Center. There, he found one of his greatest joys—teaching water aerobics classes. He loved encouraging others, celebrating their progress, and creating an environment where everyone felt supported. It wasn’t just exercise to Randy; it was another opportunity to connect with people and brighten someone’s day.

When his health began to decline, Randy eventually retired completely. Even then, he faced each day with the same determination and strength that had carried him throughout his life. He appreciated the simple moments, treasured time with the people he loved, and remained grateful for the friendships that meant so much to him.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, and his sister. Although his family was small, the circle of people whose lives he touched was anything but. He leaves behind a nephew and niece in Florida, along with countless friends, neighbors, church family, Masonic brothers, former coworkers, and members of the community who were blessed to know him. His kindness, compassion, and servant’s heart created a family far beyond blood.

A Celebration of Life honoring Randy will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, 2pm at Aulds Funeral Home, 7649 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, Louisiana 71115.

Randy’s legacy is not measured only by the years he lived, but by the lives he touched. He leaves behind memories of laughter, friendship, generosity, and unwavering faith. Though he will be deeply missed, those who knew and loved him will carry a piece of his spirit with them always.
