Randall Dan "Randy" Dunklin

Randall Dan "Randy" Dunklin, 67, passed away on November 17, 2024. He was born on December 4, 1956, in Dallas, Texas.

Randy was a proud alumnus of Southwood High School, where he played football and built lasting friendships. He dedicated his career to public service, retiring as a Captain from the Shreveport Fire Department.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmy Dan and Vicki Dunklin, and his sister, Rhonda Wilford.

Randy is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Russell, and her husband Brian of Gulf Shores, Alabama; his son, Jeremy Dunklin, and his wife Tiffany of Arvada, Colorado; his stepson, Allen Jones, and his wife Ashley of Key Largo, Florida; and his brother, Todd Dunklin, and his wife Rhonda of Shreveport. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Christine Dunklin, and his granddaughter, Nori Dunklin, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including former teammates and colleagues.

Randy enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.
