Rachel Brumley, 43, of Blanchard, LA, passed away peacefully on the evening of Wednesday, March 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend whose presence lit up every room. Rachel was known for her spunk, strength, and resilience—qualities that defined her and inspired those who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Charles and Sally Brumley, and Orin and Odis Vernell Averitt, as well as her father, Charles Raymond Brumley Jr.

Rachel leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her three children, Michael Brumley, Aiden Anderson, and Zoey Anderson, whom she adored beyond measure. She is also survived by her mother, Teresa Brumley; her sisters, April Brumley and Gabrielle Brumley; her nieces, Destiny and Madison Ferguson; her nephew, Bryson Stewart; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.

Rachel's kindness, wit, and unwavering spirit will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of life for Rachel will take place on Saturday, March 15 at 6:00PM at the Blanchard Church of the Nazarene located at 261 N Main Steet, Shreveport, LA 71107.
