Quinton (Darrell) Brock was born on August 11, 1940 in Hartley, Arkansas. Darrell resided in Coushatta and Shreveport until he went home to be with the Lord on May 20, 2020.

Darrell was preceded in death by his wife Carrie Brock, his brother Clinton Brock, and his parents Leo Brock and Hixie Upchurch Johns. Darrell is survived by his four daughters, Phyllis Carlisle (Joe), Tammy Roberts (Mark) Twila Brock (Steve), and Paula Martin (Troy). Darrell had 6 grandchildren, Kendall, Johnathan, Hannah, Joshua, Caleb, and Noah. He also had 6 great grandchildren.

Darrell, who was self-employed, worked as a painter and drywall finisher in Shreveport, Louisiana where he maintained a successful family owned business. As many know, he loved to fish, garden, and tell jokes, but most of all he loved to sing in church, and he loved the Lord.
