Philip W. Lennon, 84, of Bossier City, La., died Saturday, Feb 26, 2022. He was born in Dixon, IL, Sep 13, 1937, to the late Paul R. Lennon and Helen M. Thompson. Growing up in Illinois, Mr. Lennon graduated from Dixon High School in 1955. After high school, he attended classes at Northern Illinois University until he joined the U.S. Navy, serving as a Sea Bee in the south Pacific. After completing his naval service, he returned to Illinois and began work as service manager for Hal Roberts Company, reaching the position of Chief Executive Officer/Owner until his retirement 35 years later. Mr. Lennon was a long time Rotarian and a recognized Multiple Paul Harris Fellow who was active in his local clubs serving as club President and Director for the Central States Rotary Youth Exchange Program. In 2014, Mr. Lennon moved to the Bossier area where he spent the rest of his days with family and friends. He is survived by his two sons, Hal Lennon and wife Julie, of Freeport, IL and  Philip Lennon and wife Mandy, of Bossier City, LA; and one grandson, Pierce Stone Lennon.
