Perry was born on February 3, 1961 in Coushatta, Louisiana.  He loved his family and spending time outdoors. Perry had a great passion for duck hunting. He was happiest in a duck blind with his family & friends. He was the life of the party and loved making people laugh.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leland Allums; his grandparents, Geneva & Louis Baldwin; His aunt, Betty Jenkins.

Perry is survived by his wife, Bonnie. His five children, Caylan Dowden and wife Julie; Justin Wilkins and wife Emily; Josh Wilkins and wife Niki; Savannah Estes and husband Matthew; and Cypress Allums. Grandchildren; Anna, Wyatt, Cheyenne, Lilly, Rhett, & Charlotte. His mother, Peggy. Siblings; Dennis Baldwin and wife Ramona; Tina Spearman and husband Dennis; Robin Stephens, Polly Jones and husband Robert, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held September 18th at 5:00 pm at Cross Point Baptist Church, 3140 Swan Lake Road, Bossier City, Louisiana.
