Obituary

Patricia Ann Best Yeatts wen to her heavenly home on Wednesday, April 5, 2017. She was born July 27 1944 to her parents Kenneth Max Best Sr. and Catherine Pauline Best who precedes her in death.

A memorial service will be Monday, April 10 2017 at Rose Park Baptist Church 5560 Buncombe Rd. in Shreveport, La. Visitation will be Sunday April 9, 2017 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 E. Kings Hwy in Shreveport, La. Dr. B.J. Maddox and Rev. Wayne Dubose will officiate. Patti is survived by her husband of 51 years Hardy, and one son, Michael and wife Lara. Four grandchildren: Brianna, Austin, Justin & Ian. One brother Kenneth M. Best Jr. and wife Deb and several nieces.

Patti was a native of Ottumwa, Ia and had lives in Shreveport, La for 40 years.

Patti was a church pianist in many churches in IL, IN, VA, MS, & La. She was active in several church related organizations. She worked at the Northwest Baptist Association for 25 years as the Administrative Assistant.

Patti loved her family , She was a true believer of Jesus Christ. She believed that only through Jesus Christ & living each day for him could she achieve the goal of entering heaven's gates.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Rose Park Baptist Church Music Department in Patti's honor.
