Born Patricia Ann Sincox to Harry and Meade Sincox in Tama, Iowa.
She was the youngest of 4 children, Ed Sincox, Janice Sincox Hrstka, Jessie Sincox Keil (all of which have preceded her in death).
Married to her college sweetheart, Charles Frederick Clawson, August 24, 1952.
She was an amazing mother to 6 children: Cynthia ( Dennis) Miller, Pamela (Tim) Winter, Casey (Desha) Clawson, Christina (Ray) Spurlock, Patrick (Deborah) Clawson, Cathleen (Landy) Roberson. 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Mom, Ms. Pat, Grammy, loved the Lord with all of her heart. She was very active for many years at Haynesville and Athens Community churches, Emmaus community, church choirs and community choirs. In her earlier years, she was involved in the small town theatre.
She was a teacher, preschool teacher, Sunday school teacher, and worked at Mid Valley Pipeline for many years. She attended as many of her children's events as well as grand children's programs, events and other activities. She was known for baking her famous " healing bread and googie rolls". Grammy was also known for her beautiful alto voice and would sing all the time, even in her last days.
She leaves a lasting legacy and cherished memories of her love for God, country and people.
Psalm 118:24- This is the day that the Lord hath made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.

She went to be with the Lord peacefully and welcomed by her beloved husband, Chuck, daughter, Pam, son-in-law Dennis, and other family members. The family wishes to thank the loving care she received from Dr. Sam Abshire, Presbyterian Village as well as Claiborne Memorial Medical Center and Bristol Hospice.
There will be a celebration of life in the future and announced at a later date.
