Sister Nevillen Monroe was born on June 2, 1972, in Bossier City, Louisiana, to Herchel and Earnestine Monroe and passed away unexpectedly at her home in Bossier City, Louisiana on June 15, 2021.

Nevillen was preceded in death by her father, Herchel Monroe, whom she loved dearly.

She leaves to cherish in memory her son, Kaleb Monroe (Cameryn Gore); daughter, Kennedy M. Williams-Monroe;  mother, Earnestine Monroe; brother, Herchel J. Monroe Jr.; niece, Aishah D. Brown; nephew, Anderson J. Monroe; special friends, Tammy Howard, Keisha Brownlee, Forest Brownlee, Nora Johnson, and many more loving family and friends.  The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Randall White and the rest of the staff.

Pallbearers will be Kaleb Monroe, Tamarcyea Smith, Darlveun Simmons, Forest A. Brownlee, Tristan Arnold, Trevis Foster, and Tito Wimberly.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 from 4-6pm at Aulds Funeral Home, 7849 East Kings Highway Shreveport, Louisiana 71115.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 12pm in the chapel at Aulds Funeral Home.  Rev. Paul Marshall will be officiating.  Following the service, burial will be at Saint Pauls Cemetery, Koran-Doyline Rd. Haughton, Louisiana.
