Nell Louise Reneau Thompson, was on born May 13, 1946, in Cass, Texas, and passed away on February 5, 2023, in Shreveport, Louisiana. In 1950, at the age of 4 her family moved to Shreveport. She married Frank Thompson in 1978 and they moved to Houston, Texas and later they moved to Ingleside, Texas, and in 1984 they bought land in Aransas Pass, TX. In 2003, Nell and Frank settled in Shreveport, LA.  While living in Texas, Nell joined the Mormon church.  Nell was a licensed vocational nurse for many years.  She loved animals and gardening in her spare time, she even had her own garden. Nell's other hobbies included poetry, painting, and photography.  Although Nell never had children of her own, she was a positive influence of many children in the neighborhood and church. Nell said she was ready to meet her God!

Nell was preceded in death by her husband, Frank and her parents.

Friends would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Magnolia Manor, for the care and compassion they showed to Nell.  Nell made many memories there.
