Nancy Hastings Dupree, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2026, at the age of 74.

Throughout her life, Nancy was a source of unwavering love, strength, and guidance to her family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas F. Dupree, III, and her mother, Florence Baker.  She is survived by her son, Wesley V. Weathersby and his wife, Randi, her son Donald A. Weathersby, II, and grandchildren Miranda Weathersby and Garrett Weathersby.

Nancy shined in life as a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.  She had a rewarding career and retired from AT&T in 2003.  She thoroughly enjoyed her service to the community in the Loyal Order of the Moose, the Krewe of Gemini, and Bossier Dixie Baseball. After retirement, Nancy and Tom enjoyed traveling to different Moose events and spending time with family and friends.

The family invites all who wish to celebrate her life to a memorial service at Aulds Funeral Home at 7849 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, LA 71115 on Thursday, January 8th, 2026, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
