A Devoted husband and grandfather

Milton Williams of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 62 years old. He was born September 17, 1962, to the late Littleton and Annie Bledsoe. He was the youngest of 12 children.

Milton confessed Christ at a young age. He was baptized at Truman Street Church of Christ. His early education took place at Fair Park High School. For many years, Milton worked at Willis Knighton Hospital before transitioning to the City of Shreveport.

Milton enjoyed being a grandfather. He cherished every moment spent with his grandchildren. He enjoyed singing and preaching to the elderly and nursing home. He enjoyed a good game of dominoes and playing cards. He loved to dance and spend time with family.

He was preceded in death by his parents- Littleton and Annie Bledsoe; Shreveport, LA, his five brothers: Henry Bratton, California; Willie Harris, Shreveport, LA; Gus Nesbitt (Berth), Shreveport, LA; Robert White, Shreveport, LA; Herbert Williams, Shreveport, LA; two sisters: Elizabeth Williams, Ruby Jean Bledsoe and one stepson Christopher Williams.

He is survived by his devoted wife Audrey Williams of 27 years, Shreveport, LA; two stepchildren: Consequela Holmes, Shreveport, LA; and Christopher Williams, Shreveport, LA; five grandchildren, one sister: Joann Williams, Shreveport, LA; three brothers: Dan Bratton (Sandra), California; Frank Bratton, Shreveport, LA; Roy Lee Bratton, California and a host of nieces and nephews.
