Michael Andre' Moncla was born on January 19,1962 to Mr. Marvin Moncla and Mrs. Allison Moncla in Shreveport, La. He passed unexpectedly in his home on July 19, 2024.

Michael attended Captain Shreve high school, went to college at Louisiana Tech and later joined the Army.

Michael never met a stranger. He was described as a deep thinker and a man of many words who loved his family and often would talk about memories.

Michael enjoyed riding motorcycles, shooting pool, tinkering around with things. He liked to take things apart to see how they worked. He will be dearly missed.

Michael is survived by his father Marvin Moncla, 3 children, 2 sisters ,5 brothers, several nieces, nephews, cousins, a host of other relatives and friends. Let's not forget his beloved dog, Pakka.

He is preceded in death by his mother Allison Moncla, paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents, aunt and uncle.

Services for Mr. Michael Moncla will be August 12,2024 at 1pm at Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery Keithville Louisiana.
