Michael Mark Cole

January 31, 1944   -   September 9, 2021

Mark was born in England on January 31, 1944. He went to be with the Lord on September 9, 2021, after battling chronic illness. He was the first-born son of Lucius Alton and Catherine Pauline Cole. He grew up in Alexandria, La and graduated from Bolton High School in 1962.  He had a long career in the Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran. He retired as a train conductor from Union Pacific in 2004. He enjoyed NASCAR, football and spending time with his family.  He is survived by his loving wife Wanda, his brothers, William, Don and his sister Terry. He is also survived by numerous children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mark was preceded in death by parents and his brother Desmond.

There will be a viewing for family and friends on Monday, September 13,2021 from 1pm to 4pm at Auld's Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting a donation be made to the American Diabetes Association.
