Haughton - Maxcine Brown, 71. Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, November 17 at 2:30 p.m. at Stonewall Missionary Baptist Church in Bossier City. Family hour will be held Friday, November 16, at 6:00 p.m. at New Hope CME Church, Shreveport.
