Celebration of Life

Mary was a selfless, loving and giving lady. She loved hunting, fishing, gardening, canning, darts and spending time with the people she loved. She never met a stranger and had a way about her that made everyone feel special.

She is survived by her Husband Tom Voss, of Ringgold LA; sons: Billy Alton and wife Lucinda Dunn of Plano TX; Charles and wife Jenn Cooley of Grapevine, TX; Joey Voss of Ringgold, LA; daughter Christina and husband Anthony Chontos of Haughton, LA; mother Billye Murray of Purdon, TX; sisters Jean Worth and husband Tim Wood of Frost, TX; Anita and husband Ronald Andrews of Corsicana, TX; brother Alton Murray Jr. and wife Vickie DeMoss of Purdon, TX; grandchildren Marissa Skellington, Kiersten Gaona, Jonathon and Kylie Dunn, Charles, Chandler Mae, and Chapman Cooley, Jayden and Brooklyn Keenen, and Cole Chontos; nieces Kathy and Ernest Martines, Cindy and Eddie Villareal, Shelley and Rob Malone, Jessica and Jimmy Wallace; nephews Brian and Amanda Murray and Scott and Cassie Andrews. Along with many great nieces and nephews.

Proceeded in death by father Alton M Murray; grandparents Major Alton and Bernice Murray, Ruben Alton and Daisy Mae Abernathy; Son Hunter Voss and aunt Jaunita Marshall

Mary wanted us to celebrate her life. Celebration will be held June 2nd at  6 p.m. at

Whispering Pines 3966 HWY 371, Ringgold, LA 71068

She asked that we each bring a single yellow rose, a rock for her rock garden, and a covered dish. Brother Brock Childers will say a few words.
