Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Florea

July 12, 1938 - September 15, 2024

Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Florea was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and lived here all her life. Liz departed this life peacefully on September 15, 2024 at the age of 86.

Left to cherish in her memory are; husband Roger Florea and his four children; Tami Malloy, Miracle Holsinger, Alan Florea and Craig (Bridget) Florea and multiple grandchildren.

Her sister Carolyn (Bryan) Teagle and their four children; David, Ken, Phil, and Paul Teagle and numerous great nieces and nephews.

She is proceed in death by her parents David and Maybelle Dorr

Liz graduated from Byrd High School in 1956, after high school Liz started work with Ford Motor Company in Finance and retired after 30 dedicated years.

Liz loved to travel all over the United States, she and her husband Roger would pack up their Motorhome and travel from state to state, her fun and witty sense of humor was always contagious and will be missed.

No funeral service will be held at this time. Rest in peace Liz, your love and memory will never be forgotten.
