Mary  Lucas Hopton 94 of Shreveport, LA passed away on January 18, 2019. She danced upon the stars  with every word she spoke. She prayed devoutly with the strength of a warrior . There was no doubt, she had Gods ear and used it to speak to him about her children and her children's children. She was preceeded in death by her first husband Stanley Bruce Lucas and latest husband Oliver 'Bud' Hopton, son Jon Middleton Lucas, grandson Brandon Lucas. Sister Myrtle Dore. Survived by her children, Amelia Moore, Norma Lucas, Kathy Jones, and Stanley Lucas. Grandchildren, Amy Neathery, Tanya Lucas, Laura Tull, Angela VonSenden, Brandi Davis, Blake Lucas, Barret Lucas, Alex Lucas, Amanda Chamberlain, Brian Jones, Gregory Jones, Michael Jones. Great grand children Parker Hendricks, Kelsey Allman, Payton Hendricks, Ceasar Lucas, Justice Tull, Skye Hildenstab, Kaydence Antley, Micah VonSenden, Victoria Barrentine, Colby Davis, Colton Davis, Ashleigh Davis, Macaela Davis, Cassidy Lucas, Megan Chamberlain, Kristen Chamberlain, Hailey Chamberlain, Elizabeth Chamberlain, Kaden Jones, Easton Jones, Kaylee Jones, Nydia Jones.
