Obituary

Bossier City, La - Marsha Marie Wooddell Hall, 72, of Bossier City, Louisiana, went home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ on January 2, 2016.

A Memorial service will be held on January 10, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Fellowship United Methodist Church in Bossier City, La. Officiating the service will be Tom Dungan of Fellowship United Methodist Church in Bossier City, La. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Auld's Funeral Home.

Marsha was born in Baltimore MD on April 1, 1943.

Marsha graduated from Madrid Dependent Jr. /Sr. High School, Spain, in 1961.

Marsha married Robert J. Hall on October 15, 1972; they were married 42 years upon his passing February 17, 2014.

Marsha worked for Revlon for 4 years at BAFB BX before she left to marry her true love Bob…together they were members of the very first Krewe of Gemini Parade, they also ran Bossier Body Works together before retiring. Marsha served her community by working in Crime stoppers for many years... she enjoyed many hobbies but, her true love was hunting on their deer lease in Coushatta and being surrounded by all their friends. She especially loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart.

Marsha is survived by her daughter, Robin and Mark Mahoney, her son, David and Renee Hall, grandchildren, Brandon Miles, Brian and Amy Miles, Kate and Houston Johnson, Rachel and Joseph Welton and Kristina Hall. Her brother Matthew Wooddell and wife Rita of Roanoke, VA. Her Uncle Hopwood & Karen Wooddell of Oakland, Md. Her nephew Steven Wooddell and niece Diane Wooddell. Great Grandchildren Julia Miles, Joseph Miles, Landon Welton, Merritt Johnson, Hunter Welton and Haylee Welton, and her very dear friend of 60 years Judy Anair of Ware, Ma. Her beloved dog Harley whom she loved very much.

Marsha is preceded in death by her parents Matthew and Ruth Wooddell, her husband of 42 years Robert J. Hall, her son Robert J. Hall Jr., her daughter Dawn Tracy Hill Ellis..
