Marie Cora "Jeri" Nagle Porter, age 99, of Bossier City, Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019, in Palm Bay, Florida. Graveside services will be officiated by Pastor David Murphy, Sunday, December 22, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Cemetery in Haughton, Louisiana.

Jeri was preceded in death by her sister, Edna Nagle Sheridan, age 99.

Jeri will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Ernest Carl "Ki" Porter, USAF Major (Ret.).

Left to cherish her memory are her sons Keith Alan Porter and Dennis P. Porter, her grandchildren Brian P. Porter, Ryan A. Porter, Joshua Ki Porter and Savannah Rose Porter, her great-grandchildren Robin Porter, Julian Porter, Kiden Rose Porter and Sierra Porter, and her nephew Dennis Sheridan.

Jeri was the granddaughter of Frank Nagle, 22nd Ohio Volunteer Infantry, USA, the great-granddaughter of Sgt. William Lewis Lawson, 8th Missouri Infantry Volunteers, CSA, and the 3rd great-granddaughter of Private Randolph Lawson, North Carolina Militia, American Revolutionary War.
