Margaret Ann Parker was born in McLeod, TX August 18,1951 to the late Margaret Louise Long and S.E Long Jr. She graduated from McLeod High school which she talked about often. She was a member of McLeod UPC for many years where she played the piano, helped with the choir, wrote and directed Christmas plays and coached a Bible quizzing team. Her passion was serving others. And her love for the Lord was forefront in her life.

She retired after many years of service from Centerpoint energy then worked at home for Sykes up until her health failed her.

She left for her heavenly home on December 13, 2022, at the age of 71, surrounded by her loved ones.

Left to honor and cherish her memory are her loving husband Claude Aaron Parker (Oil City, La) of 34 years; Children: Ashley Brown (Jonathan) of Shreveport, La and Brooke Ladnier (Jeff) of Mobile, Al, Gerald Parker (Dana) of Texarkana, TX. Grandchildren (who were the joy of her life): Lake Brown, Ridge Brown, Cypress Brown, Wrenley Brown, Jay Ladnier, and Jackson Ladnier.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents and baby brother.
