Mable Jeanette "Rudell" Jones White was born on July 23, 1941, in McDade, Louisiana, to the proud parents of the late Leonard Jones, Sr. and Hattie C. Surry Jones.  Rudell was a twin child.  She was known for her soft-spoken and strictly accurate mannerisms.

Rudell, nurtured in a Christian household, was christened and baptized at a tender age.  Her unwavering faith and the value of hard work were deeply ingrained in her.  She diligently practiced these teachings in her daily life.  Her commitment led her to serve with the Phoenix/Capitol Police Department in Phoenix, Arizona, for a significant period, a testament to her strong work ethic and steadfast dedication.

Rudell was called from labor to reward on Monday, December 9, 2024, when she quietly transitioned into the hands of the Lord. Rudell is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Jones, Sr., and Hattie C. Surry Jones; Brothers: Leonard Jones Jr., Clarence Jones, Bennett "Bennie" Cooper Jones; Sisters: Bertha Mae Jones, Lillie Pearl "Tea" Jones Theus, Carita "Sugal" Jones London, and twin: Moselle "Verdell" Jones.

Rudell is survived by her loving sons, Christopher White Sr. and Michael White, both of Shreveport and her daughters, Lisa Larose Jones White and Michelle White.  She also leaves behind two Sisters, Ethel Jones Jenkins of Shreveport, Louisiana, and Irma Lee Jones of Phoenix, Arizona.  Her memory will be cherished by her two grandchildren, Christopher White, III, and N'Chriseyah "Chrissy" Edwards, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.  We all share in the profound grief of her passing.

We are deeply grateful to her granddaughter, N'Chriseyah "Chrissy" Edwards, and her granddaughter's mother, Tenesha Edwards, of Shreveport, for the immense love and unwavering support they have shown Rudell over the years
