Louis Charles Ybanez age 67 of Shreveport, La passed away on September 7th 2021 from a long illness. He lived a long and happy life with his wife Phyllis Ybanez for 51 years, his 2 children Charles "Chuck" Hayes Ybanez and his wife Cheryl, and Brian Henry Ybanez and his girlfriend BriAnna; He also leaves behind Brothers Albert Ybanez and his wife Delcy, Freddie Ybanez and his wife Alice, and sisters Linda Scoope and her husband Jerry, MaryAnn Jacobs and her husband Larry, Mary Jane Wilburn and her husband Ronnie, Pat Warren and her husband Arch, 7 half brothers and sisters from Corpus Christi, TX, along with many great nieces and nephews.

He was blessed with 2 grandchildren, Tobie and Charlie Ybanez and 3 step grandchildren Luke and Karis Wilkins, and Stephen Carr (Ryleigh).

He is preceded in death by his Mother Dora Jarboe and Father Andy Ybanez , 2 sisters, Mary Louise Ybanez and Delia Cummings, and one brother Alex Ybanez.

Louis loved his music and was in many bands starting in Singapore as a young teenager. He gave his musical talent to both his sons and both of his grandchildren. He will be missed by his family and many friends. He was extremely blessed to have owned and operated his own business Home Health Medical Supply Co.

May he now rest in peace and be praising the Lord with his great voice and guitar playing.

Memorial will be Monday Sept 13th 10am at Mangum UMC 3939 pines rd shreveport la. Light lunch after services at church.
